Tiki Condo General Information:
Rates:
- $125 - $200 per night * 3 Night minimum – 7 nights during Dec Holidays
- All rates subject to the 11.92% HI taxes (GE 7.25% & TA tax of 4.166%)
- Cleaning of $105
- Security deposit $150 *see details below.
Payment Methods Accepted:
- Personal checks are fine. We also accept Cashiers Checks & Money Orders.
- International Guests - Bank Drafts issued in US Funds please.
- Add 3% charge to Total Balance if paying with Credit Card.
- 10% discount on Monthly Rates.
- Once you have spoken with us and confirmed the dates of your stay and wish to pay with a credit card you may do so by clicking the Credit Card icon below.
Booking Fees & Security Deposits:
- We require a 50% deposit to book the unit. The remaining 50% will be due 30-days prior to your arrival.
- Your security deposit is refundable within 14 days of your departure if no excess cleaning, damages or losses are incurred (We have never had to keep a security deposit to date).
Cancellation & Return Policy:
- Cancellations more than 60-days prior will incur a $50.00 penalty, but the remainder of your deposit is fully refundable.
- Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in loss of deposit if space cannot be re-booked. If space can be re-booked, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining deposit will be refunded.
